Mr. Finger has been involved in the property management and development of the
Finger Companies in various roles and is an investor in the Finger Companies' new
developments. Mr. Finger is also a teacher at the Briarwood School in Houston
and currently teaches History/World Geography. Briarwood is an independent,
non-profit school that offers children with learning differences and developmental
delays a broad range of programs.
Mr. Finger earned a B.A. in Geography from the University of Arizona and a B.A.
in Environmental Science and Climatology from the University of Colorado. He is
a Federal Club Member of the Human Rights Campaign. He is also a member of
Kappa Sigma Fraternity, where he was an Officer and a Peer Tutor throughout his
college career. Mr. Finger is a longtime supporter of the Elton John Aids
Foundation and a current member of the Board of Directors of the Marvy Finger
Family Foundation Scholarship Program and various philanthropic organizations
around Houston.
