A Focus on Service
The Finger Companies also staff each property with an on-site maintenance team including maintenance coordinators, technicians, and an assistant technician. Their job is twofold: first to manage residents' requests fast and efficiently, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; second to execute a formal preventative maintenance program -interior and exterior- to keep the property in pristine condition.
